I use to play WoG but, switched to Canvas Eagle due to certain aircraft lack of capabilities. Also, maneuver cards and stands lead to a large numbers of unintentional wrecks because players have difficulty picking up the models.

Interesting. Yes, the game can turn into "fly the latest and greatest"— which isn't all that unrealistic when you think about it. But the differences among the aircraft are a little lacking sometimes.

Also interesting in Canvas Eagles both SPADs are very maneuverable and effective.

Interesting adjustment on the SPAD's but I feel you nailed it. I personally only have one in my collection as my focus was mostly Central Powers. I've repainted 10 Albatros DVs for Jasta 5 late 1917.
