"Gal", probably. Vulture headed deities were generally female as the vulture represented materal protection. If you don't understand why, go try to take an egg from a vulture's next.

I'm guessing Nekhbet, maybe an avatar or minion. An Egyptian goddess proper would have more bling.

The middle guy has a Nekharu head (Children of Nekhebet in WarGods). The figure was an early prototype without a head or quiver that I added the head to.
