That sounds like proper police procedure in a county under invasion. Take them back to HQ and determine their status. If they are exempt, they go home, if not, they go to the front.

Press gang to me simply says you grab likely prospects off the streets and they go straight to training camp or the front, no matter who they are of if they are exempt or not.
