I got the New Fallschirmjagers from Warlord Games, they are in Winter uniforms so I kitbashed them into Waffen SS in winter uniform. The first few attracted quite a bit of attention elsewhere and I was asked I would do a tutorial. So this afternoon I did a very quick how to, on how I painted the camouflage. I'm no expert and this is just how I painted them. It may not be 100% accurate but it's good enough for me. Feel free to check it out link

Great work in the classic bracken style.

The quilted pants are very nicely done! I can see that the original castings had a quilted pattern. How did you get that pattern to stand out?

Thanks Tig got to admit I enjoyed doing it, it's a while since I last did a how I paint tutorial.

It's much appreciated Jim, it simply dry brushing. Paint your base colour, a deeper tone for the wash. Reinstate the base colour by dry brushing and then add a lighter colour to the base colour and dry brush the highlight. Not sure if I explained it very well but it works a treat.

Berzerker73 thank you it's good to hear and very much appreciated.

Thanks again guys, I will probably be adding more in the near future.
