The creature standing atop the rim is what I use as a Troll. It is from the Caesar Adventurers set, long OOP. Can't see the human/humanoid figures below it well enough, but I would guess they are from the same figure set.

No need for a volcano, yet, but he built it the way I would: build up a framework armature, first, then put skin on it to make the outside appearance look nice.

I would never make it erupt, with Coke-a-Cola and Mentos, though… What a mess to clean off of my figures, afterwards! Thanks for sharing. Cheers!
