Back to the grind! After an unhappy experience building a plastic kit link I turned my attention back to my Ancient Indian project. I painted up a dozen heavy cavalry (soon to be followed by an absolute HORDE of useless medium cavalry) link

Very nice to see. I like the old Hinchliffe figures. Keep up the work and please continue to post regarding your progress.

My Indian horde were 80% Hinchliffe. I loved them!
Chariots and elephants!
On the win/loss side…
I did okay… 🙄

An ancient Indian army has been on my list of things I'd like to do for many years now. All I have to do is live to be 128, and they may percolate to the top of the list.

Nice looking figures.

Yeah, I also love those figures! My 1st Ancients army was 25mm Byzantines. I traded them many years ago and slowly have been building them back up.

Thanks!

John

And here is another batch of them. The upside of primitive is that reckless speed that I can grind out minis. I hope that when I'm finished with this project I can get back to my regular painting style.
