The neoprene ones are too heavy to carry. My old friend used to carry two on train and tube journeys. He's now bought two cloth ones like mine.

I prefer poplin. Doesn't wrinkle severely and drapes over hill shapes very nicely. Camo spray paint on top for more natural color variations.

I have a 3x3 Neoprene mat for Test of Honour, but I think it would look better with a giant mouse on it….!
