Just want to give a shoutout of praise to the Spruedude (spruedude.com) for excellent customer service. I had made a minis order, and one of the items that came in was a very similar but not exact match for the order, but after a quick message to him, I received a reply in mere minutes that he would be sending the correct item along. That ranks as one of the fastest and most courteous responses I have had in mail order, and felt it deserved a mention here. |
