My friend Lawrence lent me a lot of the early Kurosawa films which I binge watched. I ended up thinking that the Seven Samurai was the best, followed by the 'Hidden Fortress', though for the life of me I cannot see any connection with 'Star Wars: A New Hope' anywhere…how can 2 thieving deserters be compared with R2D2 and C3PO! |
