We've getting error messages when emails are sent to people using the Prodigy email service. For example, let's say your email is at Prodigy, and someone on TMP sends you a PM, so TMP sends you an email notifying you that you've received a PM. We then get an error message back: Connections not accepted from servers without a valid sender domain. I've checked with our service provider, and I'm told our server domain is valid, and that Prodigy must be using an out-of-date database. Now, I know that we're getting error messages back, but that doesn't mean that the emails aren't getting through. I have conflicting info on that. Bottom line: If you're on Prodigy and you want to receive email from TMP, contact them and let them know about the problem. |

Good point. The email is at sbcglobal, but the server is still prodigy. |
