We've getting error messages when emails are sent to people using the Prodigy email service.

For example, let's say your email is at Prodigy, and someone on TMP sends you a PM, so TMP sends you an email notifying you that you've received a PM. We then get an error message back:

Connections not accepted from servers without a valid sender domain.

I've checked with our service provider, and I'm told our server domain is valid, and that Prodigy must be using an out-of-date database.

Now, I know that we're getting error messages back, but that doesn't mean that the emails aren't getting through. I have conflicting info on that.

Bottom line: If you're on Prodigy and you want to receive email from TMP, contact them and let them know about the problem.

Good point. The email is at sbcglobal, but the server is still prodigy.
