The Mississippi Department of Archives and History (where I used to work), has a number of documents concerning this unit, including: clothing issue books for Companies A – F, morning report of sick and wounded, muster rolls for Companies A – D, and individual soldier's muster out rolls.

It is sad how the many Southern soldiers who fought for their country have been forgotten. No monuments for them in the South.
