I placed a Front rank order with GB on 21 August and received a 'processing your order' email on the 22nd. No sign of shipping out my order so, sent an email requesting an update on my order on 16 September. Got a reply on 17th Sep saying apologies but due to high volume can't give an estimate on when they will ship my order.
So, almost a month on and GP still have not given me an indication of when they will ship my order. Has anyone had similar problems with GB? |

I did, but in all fairness it was during the pandemic/global shipping crisis/english postal workers strike and I kind of excused them for it… |

I think they had a promotion on recently which might have meant a surge in orders. |
