That's stupendous piece of work for a "mere" blog. |

He is a master at this, especially Napoleonic battles. I would hardly call Antietam obscure. But I have used his other work for scenario building and am always glad to see more. Good job Armand! |

Very nice work as always. The sunrise and sunset times are something I had difficulty finding for my still ongoing re fight. Most useful. Best wishes, Chris |

Love the positive comments, all. And Totorella is right; Antietam is hardly obscure. But I started the blog years ago with that name and I'm stuck with it…branding you know. So I rationalize that when I do a not-so-obscure battle like Antietam or Gettysburg or Borodino or Crecy, my take on it is the thing that's obscure. Thank you all. And thank you, Armand for linking to it. |

Jeffery Berry, what program did you use to make the maps? |
Jeffery Berry | 07 Oct 2024 8:10 a.m. PST |
I used Adobe Creative Suite, both Photoshop and InDesign, to make the maps. Each map takes about a month to create. I also use both historical maps and Google satellite maps as reference. |
