So, I have been slowly downsizing my multitude of scales, projects, etc.

I'd like to have one 28mm scale / size for Fantasy, which would be non-heroic 28mm, the size of Games Workshop Lord of the Rings figs.

Obviously, lots of bad guys are covered within the range itself, both metal and plastic options, including orcs, evil men, etc.

Wondering if someone makes "chaos" style figs in that same style / scale / size instead of the heroic 28mm of so many, GW etc.

Thanks!

I'd check out Frostgrave and Oathmark miniatures. All those kits fit really well together and you could probably kitbash something out of them. Maybe use the demon kit with a knights kit.
