I did a TMP search and it looks like it has been 20 years since the question was asked, so should be OK to ask again.

Anybody know of any good scenarios for the Winter War?

You're not specifying scale or anything, but this is an immensely good source, especially the play book. link

There is the Skirmish Campaigns book that covers the Winter War at squad and platoon level: skirmishcampaigns.com/books

In the downloads section there is a sample scenario, Defiant Confrontation, set in December 1939. If you scroll further down the page to Skirmish Campaigns Rules Translations there are notes on adapting scenarios to other rule sets: link

The skirmish campaign book doesn't include specific suggestions for use with newer rules like Chain of Command or Bolt Action. I found that with some creative adaption that a number of the scenarios from it worked well for Chain of Command games I used them for.
