Black Army Games is looking to expand its vehicle offerings with Early War WWII Vehicles in 28mm, focusing on vehicles not covered by larger companies. We're looking to commission either physical sculpts or 3D sculpts. Please message us if interested at blackarmyproductions@gmail.com Thank you! |

I was surprised to find out how many different companies some of the bigger named 3D sculptors work for, aside from their own pet projects. You should try hitting up some of the people whose work you like. |

There have been tons of 28mm armor offerings come across Kickstarter for 3D printing. All periods including pre-throughout-post WWII. Lots of mainstream and obscure stuff. I have an interest in the late, inter-war period and love armor, so we probably have a similar interest here. Most offerings seem to offer retail licensing also. So, if you are OK selling something other people may be printing, but at an exceptionally reasonable licensing fee, there you go. I'm not sure how to properly search past KickStarter projects, but if you can, not only will you see just about everything covered, you will also have direct contact with the people who created the files. You can possibly hire them to create something unique. Right now, there is a collection of 14 Czech tanks that are definitely early or pre WWII. |

One such company is Marharyta. They have done in the past such early war topics as: Czech (current campaign) Polish Fighting Vehicles of Interwar (1918-1939) Hungarian French Japanese Italian And a bunch of campaigns targeting slices of some major players, like German Halftracks, Utility Vehicles, British Armored Cars, Amphibious Vehicles, etc. Some of these campaigns obviously cover the entire war, but that usually includes some early war stuff. Other campaigns ONLY cover early war, since they were combatants during the 1939-1941 period. Some of their past campaigns had a link to download a free M3 Grant, so you could check out their quality. I don't see that link in the Czech campaign, but I have that freebie, so one of their past campaigns did have it. Could still be active. |
