I have some of the Gringo urban type civilians, and the few suitable ones from Full Metal Minis as well, but I want more, lots more so I can game a more urban setting in 28mm. Can anyone point me towards some suitable figures that I've missed? Perhaps Ged at Gringo might consider adding some more civilians to his range if there is enough demand. P.S. I know about the Empress ones but alongside Gringo and FMM they are to small for my liking.

Thanks.
You're not kidding!!

Any Pulp ranges out there with figures that might fit the bill?

I know of a few different manufactures, but I only have Gringo 40's minis so far so I am unsure how they compare.

Not sure of fit, but Bob Murch of Pulp Figures has a few in the Far East range.

Rubicon has a nice line of plastic minis too: link

West Wind would be my suggestion. The Eureka figures are very small (like true 25mm small) and, as I understand it, Gringo are rather larger than West Wind.

How 'urban' are you looking for?

Maybe some modern zombie apocalypse types simply painted up for everyday wear?

Indeed they do, but I use Gringos mostly so the Rubicon ones don't really match, and I was after urban civilians not military figs thanks.

West Wind are rural types, I was looking for civilians dressed in more western type clothing for the males, t shirts or shirts with collars and trousers or shorts, with and without weapons.

If anyone has seen the photos of the VC who were rounded up in Hue along with the infamous pistol to the head shot you'll know what I'm looking for. Also some more females in urban clothing.

Volleyfire – I've just been encouraging Ged to get on with urban civilians

Another idea is to look through some of the ranges that ake western figures. There are a number that carry Tong ranges of asians.

Thanks troopwo I've been doing a bit of that, but it's annoying when you find a pack with possibly two useable figures and 4 others that you can't think what to do with them, I'm thinking Pulp figures here mainly.
Cheers uglyfatbloke I hope Ged can find time to come up with some. I think it would make urban games more interesting with VC mingled in with civilians incognito before revealing their true identities.

Volleyfire – we have something along those lines for our 'Sweep and Clear' games. Some VC are armed and engage in an fairly ordinary way and some unarmed ones get a red star sticker underneath the base – if you 'interview' them they have incriminating material so you take them prisoner.

Hadn't thought of that ufb. Great idea. Still need the appropriate figures though.
