First I would have to own Chaos Space Marines. Then they would have to have individual traits so it matters which one is where, and those traits would have to be something I couldn't sort out just by looking at the equipment or a symbol on the base. ("One of these guys is carrying a huge rifle with a telescopic sight. The other has a little wrench painted on the edge of his base. I wonder which one is the sniper and which the mechanic?")
So some individually-mounted figures are named, but it's a long way from universal.
