Do you give names to your individual Chaos Space Marines?

They are all named Zingart. Adds to the chaos for their commanders. ~ , ~

Only the Slaaneshi ones and the Daughters of Malal. Other than that, it's Khonrey Mc Khorne-Face, Tzeench Achoo, or Poxy Lady.

Named them all Bob. Easy to remember and spelled the same from both directions! Also adds to the chaos when giving orders!

First I would have to own Chaos Space Marines. Then they would have to have individual traits so it matters which one is where, and those traits would have to be something I couldn't sort out just by looking at the equipment or a symbol on the base. ("One of these guys is carrying a huge rifle with a telescopic sight. The other has a little wrench painted on the edge of his base. I wonder which one is the sniper and which the mechanic?") So some individually-mounted figures are named, but it's a long way from universal.

Of course there are significant differences … … Aonghas plays in A-Sharp and Fearchar plays in A-Flat. You can tell them apart by the sharp and flat mohawks.
