While Shapeways is no more, I still wanted to share this short video in which I discuss how I added some color to the printed color aircraft:

Nice looking planes! There are a ton of files available for WWI fighters, Bombers, 2 seaters and more available if you are looking to print them up. I have printed up a bunch for myself.

Thanks.

Are there Air Racer files? All my current aircraft were from Shapeways. Prefer golden age to modern.

I am about to release my new Aerodrome(R) WWI Aerial Combat boardgame, who currently makes or did make 1/285th scale WWI Aircraft? Currently I'm using full color printed stickers of the aircraft but want to add 3-D models to the aircraft stands.url=https://postimg.cc/Y4rHYH8m]

WWJohnson, CinC (now sold by Legions IV Hire) were, and still look to be the best.

I bought and painted a lot of these, back in the early 1990s I think it was, and they're terrific. Back then the CinC casting metal was very bendable, and none of the WWI aircraft came with wing struts, so care was required not to bend the wings out of alignment (still gorgeous little minis each).
