Let's try this again. I mucked up my orinal post… twice.

I'm looking for 28mm Crimean tatar infantry similar to these or suitable models to base conversions on:

Also, if anyone has any suggestions for 14th – 16th c. North Caucasus tribal warriors, like Circassian or Chechen highlanders, that would be awesome. Perry has Azerbaijani swordsmen I could sculpt papakhas on, but I'm not sure if that work.

Old Glory has foot Mongols in their "Mongols in Europe" range.
Also, check their Ottoman range. Not sure, but they may have something there as well. Check TAG The Assault Group. They may have something in their Renaissance range.

For Chechens you'll also need beards. Check various Russian ranges for figures with papahas and beards.
