Slingshot issue 347 included an introductory article to wargaming the Early Medieval period ("Dark Ages"). The author recommended several rules, and our readers nominated more. Which is your preference?

And in the final round of voting:

27% said "Lion Rampant (Osprey)"
17% said "De Bellis Antiquitatis"
10% said "Saga"

Lion Rampant for me. Not just for medievals, but Biblicals and ancients too. Give me enough time, and I'll use them for the Italian Wars!

The issue is the cards, not the rule book
