I liked Alarums & Excursions. But it's the only one I was familiar with. |

I was surprised at how many seemed forgotten – Underworld Oracle (in the UK at least) was highly respected and basically written by people who went on to be quite important in RPGs – it could be said that it was the precursor to Imagine, TSR UK's equivalent of the Dragon. And Troll Crusher was Bryan Ansell of later GW fame. I played in his "killer Dungeon" at one Dragonsmeet – we didn't get past the first room IIRC |

Although the page doesn't seem to have been updated recently amazingly A&E seems to be still going (as of 2015!): conchord.org/xeno/aande.html It does state: This page will be changed or deleted if A&E stops being published. |

I'm sad that no one nominated Dragonlords fanzine… I did contribute to A&E when its issues were still double digits and organised the "Great British takeover" of issue 99. |

Sorry – If it is any consolation I have a small pile of Dragonlords. Somewhere. I think 🤔 |
