Lucky, Dennis! I submitted a request for a banner ad back in June and have yet to get a URL to send it to. (Not surprised if I get a bill for lots of "views" for it by bots!) Bill, please check your emails for my requests for status. It's now August. Been a supporting member for decades and I can't even get my email address verified from the site? I see that maybe I am not the only one receiving poor service here… |

Been a supporting member for decades and I can't even get my email address verified from the site? Here's the process: 1. When you click the link to verify your email address, our server sends out the email. This is a pretty simple process, relatively foolproof.
2. Then your email provider has to accept the email. This is where problems usually occur. Your email provider is using various tools to fight against spam emails, and those tools have a lot of false positives! I recently asked our server people about some email bounce errors we received, and they told me it was because someone's spam filter went out of business 10 years ago. The bottom line is that if you can't receive our verification emails, then you either need to talk to your email provider to resolve the problem, or switch to a different email address. |

I submitted a request for a banner ad back in June and have yet to get a URL to send it to. Probably the same problem – our server sends an automated response to your request, but your email provider isn't letting our emails through. What's the company name? I can look it up in the database and give you directions from there. |

Didn't change a thing other than send the request to verify for the umpteenth time. (..over the past month!) Armies in Miniature or AIM is the name of my company. Would have come into your mailbox via my personal email. Thanks for your response, Bill. |
