A much smaller effort this time, not a whole battery. Just a forge and what was meant to be a wurst, but, for 1815, looks a bit more like a caisson. They are 3D printed and the detailing is just amazing (Garrison Miniatures garrisonminis.com )
The civvies are sculpted by Frank Ziegler for Hagen miniatures and, of course all are 1/72 scale for Waterloo Remodelled

They look very nice indeed Mr. D.

The sculpting is excellent as is your painting, as usual.

Best wishes,

Chris

Few too many wheel-horse harnesses, but all I had left. Thanks Chris.

Beautiful work as usual – thanks for sharing!

They are a delight, as ever! I feel the civilians should be some tourists from Brussels who have ventured too far south and reach Mont St Jean farm. The caissons are very atmospheric. Many thanks Liam.

Beautifully done. Wish they were not 3-D printing.

Because of fragility for wargame use? Swords tend to be a problem as they project away from the figure. I lost a few horse tails previously, but managed a repair. No plumes here thank goodness.

If they were once soundly based and you could ensure they were not moved by grabbing the nearest figure, they would survive fine. But we all now hat happens in reality.

The civilians are metal of course and noticeably smaller folk, but that really will not matter. The Captain's idea is a good one. It gives me an excuse for carriage or two on the Allied side!
