This week, in the week of International Naval Wargames Day, I finished off the Battle of Camperdown Fleet Build Project with the addition of the last six models to the collection.

These included the British 16-gun Hound-Class Sloop HMS Martin and the Batavian-Dutch Aviso or Dispatch Boat Het Hassje.

In addition four new Batavian-Dutch 16-gun Brigs, Atalante, Ajax, Daphne and Galatee, were also finished in the fitting out yard to complete the project.

In the next week or so I will aim to put together a Fleet Review of the project to show how the collection of fifty-odd models looks together and in September they will be out on the table with a couple of large games planned, with the full Battle of Camperdown game to be run at the Naval Wargames Society Meeting on Saturday 28th September at the Fleet Air Arm Museum, Yeovilton.
