1799 Battle of Novi, Russian forces under Suvorov -
These forces had an artillery section assigned to the battalion/regiment as seen during the Seven Years War.

When did the reform take place that removed these?
Thank you,

Although Viskovatov Volume 7a Organization 1796-1801 (Translation by Mark Conrad) has the folowing:

"12 March 1798 – It was directed that all Grenadier and Musketeer regiments each have one 12-pounder unicorn and four 6-pounder cannons—except for the Leib-Grenadier Regiment, which was prescribed eight 12-pounder unicorns (58).

6 March 1800 – The Artillery with the regiments was taken away and brought under the Artillery administration. Along with this, Artillery regiments were formed from the existing battalions. (59)"

In "Napoleonic Artillery" by Dawson, Dawson & Summerfield & other books on the 1805 & 1806-07 campaigns there are references to artillery still being assigned to infantry regiments and that it was sometime in 1808 when they were reformed into Brigade batteries.
