I have recently made multiple attempts to place an online order for Musket Miniatures 22mm ACW using the Musket Miniatures website. When I click "Check Out" I receive only a window which states, "Something went wrong" and "This store isn't taking orders right now."

So as of 3 August 2024 what's the current business status of Musket Miniatures? Thank you.

Retired in 2015 is the last I heard. TMP link

That's the million dollar question. Apparently, some people have received miniatures since the business changed hands. I sent him an email a year or so ago, but never received a response. My guess is:

Original MM out of business.
New MM opens as a poorly run business.
New MM out of business.

Dave at Stone Mountain worked with them before they started Musket Miniatures. Some of the ranges are similar. Also he may know what the status is.

I just found a message under a 2019 TMP discussion about the Stone Mountain 22mm ACW range that had passed to new owner and how this fraudster ripped off a gamer who sent him 100's of figures for a swap and received nothing. It looks like Musket Miniatures were acquired by a slimy crook and have been dead and gone for years, and I'm just finding out about it.

I placed an order with them in 2022. Sent them like 3 emails asking where my stuff was, never got a reply. The day I was going to cancel the transaction, my order arrived, which did include a few extra figures. Remember from the bad old days "allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery"? That applied here.

I did do an order with them last year. Yeah, no communication but order did eventually arrive a couple of months later.

Helluva way to run a railroad.
