Hello everyone ,

When the 72nd Regiment of the Duke of Albany's Own Highlanders arrived and fought in the Crimea, what uniform did they wear?

The old style coatee of the non-Scottish line infantry with wings in all companies, the Highland jacket (same as coatees but with shorter,9-in.tails) with wings in all companies or the new uniform?

By dint of searching I think I found it and I think it is the old style coatee of the non-Scottish line infantry with wings in all companies.

Thanks for coming back to answer your own question, for the sake of your fellow gamers!

@Mad Guru
No, because I have the impression that the complexity of the uniforms worn by the belligerents of this war does not interest anyone who likes the Crimean War and when I see the figurines used by gamers, it is hilarious – for example in reality for the British the uniforms changed practically at each battle…

For the artillery the problem is also very complicated, there are some who confuse the Napoleonic artillery and those of the Napoleonic wars -LOL-.
