Certainly a warning to the US Navy in any conflict with China over Taiwan.

Let's admit the Russian Navy is as poor a quality of the rest of the Russian forces. However, we certainly should not become as we did before WWII. E.g. the IJFs would never attack us, e.g. Pearl Harbor, the P.I., etc.

Albeit like everything else the Chinese Navy and the rest of their force have numbers going for them. We definitely should be looking at how to marginalize those very large numbers. And I'm sure the USN, USAF, etc. are looking at that situation.
