I met Jason Salkey at Historicon. He could not have been nicer. It was a pleasure meeting him. If you are a Sharpe fan, I highly recommend talking to Jason.

Only chatted briefly Friday, planned to get a signed picture Saturday but couple trips through concourse didn't see him again. Even wife thought a picture would be neat to have.

He lives in London.

He came to 2 Host Historicons before it underwent the diaspora. He hung out with us in our gaming suite for a while. He is a remarkably fine fellow. We were graced with his presence as we are a friendly and obliging group. A much less compelling reason, I am sure, was our unrestrained hospitality with our on hand Jameson.

Hiccup!

Had a great cameo visit from him during one of my "Two Hour Waterloo" games! Much appreciated.

When first got there a dad with 2 sons and me got into a conversation over my Prussian Fusilier officer shako, the 3 were going to play the 2 hour Waterloo game. Hope we recruited a couple more Napoleonic fans
