In fact, the heads of lots of 28mm not-Ratlings. A large unit arrived with another coming. Nice castings, but a limited range of headgear. I know Victoria Miniatures offers separate Halfling head packs, but does anyone else? (Call me a small sniper junkie. I buy lots, but try to swap out uniforms every six or twelve figures.)

Thanks.

There are a lot of head options on the Sneakfeet sprues:

If you like different styles of Halfling snipers, I made these a long time ago but sadly (for you) no head options:

There are also lots available here:

For halfling heads, separately, the only place I can think of is 3d printing and searching sites for STLs because I've seen ranges of Halfling snipers but they tend to be complete miniatures…

Thank you Insomniac. Agreed plenty of heads on the Sneakfeet sprues, but little choice of headgear: pretty much everyone in ballcap, unless I save up and put a small unit in bandana. I was really hoping for a Halfling-size head in "Aussie" hat with turned up brim, or US-type "boonie." But such is life. I may try the Victoria Miniatures pith helmet.

Saving up my 3D print "credit" to get my son who has one to expand my selection of 2mm armored cars. Yeah, I could buy one myself, but there's money, learning curve and space. If a printer got me a period or even an army, I'd be more tempted. But for a dozen heads, I'm inclined to look for a work-around instead.

I believe the OOh Raah have heads with the hats you describe.

No such luck, Brother Jim, if you mean the Wargames Atlantic "Deathfields" people--who would also be fair size heads on halfling bodies.

Maybe someone makes 20mm WWII heads?
