My wife, who is a direct descendant of John Ross, is also related to Stand Watie. She one of the few Cherokee related to both men that I know of. Of course, for those of you who are fans of the Outlaw Josey Wells, that probably explains why I can sneak up on her so easily. |

I have figures for the 1st Cherokee Mounted Rifles but haven't got them painted.I do have Gen. Pike's command stand from a convention Pea Ridge game many years ago. |
