Just asked the wife to stop by the friendly hobby shop. She was told you can't get Valejo paiants anymore. Something to do with the distribution network breaking down.
Anybody heard of this?

Hobby lobby has plenty. I have only a few left. Could be distribution changes. My distributor can still get them as far as I know.

I heard they were repackaging/revamping the Model Color line. Maybe they're were running down inventory, my semi local Hobby Store was selling of the paints a $2.00 USD a bottle.

My FLGS said they were redoing the lines as well.

They have redone the Game and Model lines of paint. For the most part they are using the same names and numbers as before, but have dropped several colors. I have had a hard time of finding any FLGS that carries Vallejo paints in my area of Washington state, but I have been able to get most of what I want via several online stores, including Hobbylink and Litco. Sometimes it is the old versions and sometimes it is the new versions based, I expect, on how much of the old paints they still have in stock.

My FLGS told me a similar story. They're not going away, but right now supply is iffy. I'd say when you find them, buy an extra bottle of anything heavily used.
