Once again- Happy Birthday U.S.A. to all of my many American friends.
My son and I had a chance to visit Little Wars this year and were treated so very well by everyone along the way, proving that you are friendly nieghbours.

Our weather today is beautiful (unlike Canada Day). Enjoy your day wherever you are. We'll raise a drink to you all tonight at our game.

Kevin, as always good to see any of my friends from "The Great White North" and very surprised to see you and meet your son at Little Wars on Saturday.

As someone whose family is mostly American and who trained in the US, best wishes for a very happy 4th!

Happy Independence day from me too!

Thank you.

Now would you mind terribly asking Mr. Trudeau to kindly annex Vermont?

Just in case I need an escape route…

Is there anything preventing Vermonters from escaping now?

OSCS7404 Jul 2024 6:59 p.m. PST

dBerzerk, in the Navy we always joked "Well I do not see an anchor tied to your backside" or similar language. Perhaps we now have a case.

Thank you all! Went to two parties and ate some of those cheese burgers in Paradise.

OSCC74 -- do you mean that perhaps we now have a case to escape to Canada?

Ya know…if any one of the absurd number of invasions we launched had succeeded this could have been your independence day too.

Thanks! Sorry about the whole, we tried to conquer your country thing….generals and politicians should never drink together.
