I appear to be struggling with trying to find a miniature of French NCOs appropriate for the Revolutionary Wars. Plenty of captains waiving their swords around but none of their underlings. I have one already from the Emperor Toad line before it was told to Skytrex, but I was looking for another to lead another "squad".

Strange option but you might consider using some of the French from the Silver bayonet range. The set background says Egypt. That means Revolution era uniforms.

The Perrys do a number of packs that would glean you some NCOs for the Revolution period. There are usually a few in each command pack.
