I am wanting a good set of rules at this level. I have a few but have not really played any. I have field of battle, spearhead, panzer korps. Any others I should take a look at?

There's "Great Battles of WWII" by Bruce McFarlane and the Canadian Wargamers Group. There are three volumes which are each complete campaign scenario books plus the game rules, each for $15 USD – but they also sell the rules as a standalone for $10. USD

I have two sets in play test. One is one tank per company. The other is one battalion per unit. A little large scale but good for quick games.
The most fun and work has been developing a ToE and OBs

Rommel by Honour Games. 1 stand = 1 company. Lot's of scenarios at this link. link

Panzer Korps is at that level and has a lot of support

Spearhead uses platoon bases, not companies.

I can only think of four off the top of my head, Rommel, Panzer Korps, Great Battles of WW2 and the WW2 version of Piquet. None of them particularly float my boat, GBWW2 is probably the best of the bunch, but provides ludicrously big Corps sized scenarios.

I wrote my own, although I claim no great originality with them. I've also been playing around with a variant of Panzerblitz on a 1km hex grid which uses company stands.

This video covers all the 1 element = 1 company rules i am aware of. Panzer Korps or LWRS would be what i would go to at this scale.

Rapid Fire uses company bases IIRC.

Actually it doesnt. Each soldier figure equals 15 roughly while each vehicle, artillery, AT Gun and MG equals 5. It is very much similar to Command Decision units which makes swapping scenarios done for one system to the other easy.

As an example the recent Rapid Fire battlegroup book (on Normandy) has an American Infantry Company of an Infantry Division as 10 figures mounted two figures to a stand.

Rapid Fire is a 1:1 set bathtubbed to a higher level. The firing ranges and command rules bear no resemblance to the level it claims to represent. Fun set of rules, but it is not modelling what it claims to. With 1 base = 1 company, nothing will be shooting at range apart from artillery.
Rommel is very good, although a bit slow playing

Another one is FiveCore Brigade Commander link

I completely forgive about 5Cote Brigade Commander! Yes, that one is with a look too, although it is best for brigade sized engagements. I have played division sized 5CBC but that was with half a dozen players.
