I would avoid this company at all costs, they have shipped 15mm buildings instead of 20mm numerous times and when notified with pictures they are slow to resolve the issue. After hundreds of dollars spent my suggestion is to 3d print and save the hassle.

Allen has always provided me great service over the past 15 years. Suggest you contact him personally. I'm confident he would be willing to address your issues.

Remember how many in the hobby are one-man operations. Just look at a few of the recent posts to see companies who have gone or are going out of business because of stress, overwork, or retirement. I've dealt with him before (online and in person); he'll make it right.

I've always had good experiences with Allen. I'll stick with him and his company. Sorry you had a poor experience.

Only complained after the 3rd messed up order, one order the entire order was thrown in a box with torn wrappings so the mdf buildings were then a huge puzzle Ugg but he sent new order out when notified. The second shipment was 15mm instead of 20 and i said Nothing and used them anyway as demolished buildings. The third shipment took almost a month and then arrived in 15mm instead of 20mm.That's when i complained. I am glad people have had great experiences and hope they continue to do so. This was just my experience.
