I have a sword-bayonet. It would be awkward to use it attached to a musket (it's heavy), the blade curves down (I guess so the pointy end wouldn't get shot off), and even though it's missing the tip, I don't think it was very stabby to begin with.
I keep it handy near the front door to use for home defense… ;-)

Zephyr1 I have a sword bayonet for my 58 cal musket. I fired it a few times with bayonet attached, way front heavy. Looks cool but no much use as a weapon I believe.
