Well Slingshot 352 has now been completed and sent off to the printers. This means that the issue should start appearing at UK members addresses by the end of June. Most of our overseas members will get it in July with a fair wind on the sails… Alot packed into this issue including more on the battle of Ilipa and the Society's Battleday. ancient naval battles, a refight of Marathon to commemorate Charles Grant 50th anniversary, 3-D printing, Tactica 2 – Romans v Carthaginians, Middle Kingdom Egyptian Axemen, as well as news, views and reviews soa.org.uk |
