Hi,

I'm looking to buy Samurai, Retainers and Warrior Monks for the 28mm Kamakura/Mongol Invasion period but I'm not sure where to go.

I've seen The Assault Group's range which I think is about right(?) but I was wondering if there were any that I had missed?

Cheers,

I'm not very knowledgeable about this period, so I think you are right, and on the same basis I think 1st Corps may have some useful figures. They actually have two ranges- 1st Corps and Curteys

I don't have any so can't vouch for them as figures. I think some of the old Dixon range might be suitable for the Kamakura period.

Thank you Clibinarium- I must have had a brain fart to leave 1st Corp out!

I know not 28mm like you asked for, but I would recommend these:

Westwind production make a kamakura range. But imho the assault group is the best range for that period

I need 28mm as they are for a 28mm Mongol themed campaign day LOL
