Of the 4 regiments at Oriskany on the Patriot side would any of them worn uniforms or all would have been in civvies? I want to know if I can use the continentals from Perry for any of the militia?

It wasn't unusual for militia units to include former Continentals who could still be wearing their regimentals.

Michael Logusz in With Muskets and Tomahawks – Vol II
"General Herkimer's militia army was continuing to assemble. Compared to the Continental troops and even the militia personnel serving in Fort Stanwix, General Herkimer's volunteers were by and large a motley force. Many lacked discipline and training; some appeared with outdated firearms. They were dressed in bits and pieces of uniforms, homespun farm clothes, buckskin shirts and pants, and deer- and moose skin smocks. Raccoon caps, old military hats, and dress or floppy headpieces covered their heads. Footwear ranged from moccasins, knee length fur or deerskin boots, "Sunday shoes" (worn only for church), to regular leather boots or shoes. A few even showed up barefoot in the belief that they would be issued footwear upon appearing."
