My opinion: The first thing to do is ditch the LCS work and move those people over to the Connie project. How much longer do we let a handful of House Reps control the continuation of a blatant failure like LCS for their political gain? The second thing…stop with all the design changes during the build. This seems to have become a chronic flaw in the USN's oversight of their new ships. If you don't know what you actually need, don't order it until you are least reasonably sure. |
