North Korea flew hundreds of trash-carrying balloons toward South Korea in one of its most bizarre provocations against its rival in years, prompting the South's military to mobilize chemical and explosive response teams to recover objects and debris in different parts of the country…

I would think a good response would be to gather it all up and use a few balloons off the coast to return to sender.

I'm sure that is SOP when dealing with the North. A very good protocol … As with Un's BFFs you can't trust any of them as far as you can throw them[out a 6th story window!].

Plus, Un has not got enough headlines lately with what is going on in the USA/Stormy Daniels, Gaza and Ukraine, etc. So, he had to do something to convince the World he is still relevant.

IIRC … One of his rockets recently carrying a satellite failed so he had to do something to put him in a "positive" light.

But yes I agree Fitzovich. The ROKs should send it all back to Un and his retinue with postage due. But before that the ROK MI and intel agencies should go thru everything. As the enemies' garbage could give you a little information. That could be of some use.

When I was a PI, old fart it was called "dumpster diving". LEOs do the same thing even on TV and in reality of course.

Rocket Boy is still an eighth grader. Too bad he has some dangerous other toys.

Kinda like leaving a bag of crap (that you light on fire) on someone doorstep then ring the bell and run.

That sounds gross! Typical kids stuff!

I got a sound telling off for standing on a street corner shooting cars with a sucker bow and arrow….!

Human waste huh? 🤔

Maybe….. just maybe, "Little Rocket Man" is planning on invading South Korea and wants his troops to experience the smells and feel of home. Make them feel like they are not invading the South, but defending the North.

"Dong-hyun, smells just like mom's home cooking down here".

My little brother was as annoying as Fat Boy but then he grew up.

Valid and funny response by the North Koreans considering this act was in response to a South Korean group sending dozens of ballon's filled with propaganda leaflets to scatter over the north. They considered leaflets trash. And I would not be surprised to hear that some leaflets were among the trash.

Yes, that would not surprise me either that some of those leaflets were in Un's trash balloons. What next crank phone calls ?

I heard a report that Un pulled this stunt again today or yesterday …

Well I am glad this is keeping them busy. The Ballon Trash War beats WW3.

Legion, not bags of human feces this time. Jars of Kimchi. Kim Jong Un's Mothers family recipe. It's labeled: "Red Hot Little Rocket Man". I think this qualifies as both chemical and biological weaponry. 😉

Even after 22 months in the ROK, I still could not stomach kimchi! Then or now ! Anything or anyone related to Un is made or involved in is questionable …
