These points caught my attention:

disclosed Bhutan's plans to use the vehicles for peacekeeping in Central Africa

A tiny country stepping up.

She noted that TDI has had a long-standing partnership with Bhutan, recalling the delivery of 45 armoured vehicles to the Arab state back in 2001.

I wonder what happened to the Bhutanese people after the Arabs took over? Maybe they're like the Tibetans now -- in their country, but not running it.
