I messed up and failed to say I am looking for late war WW1 Germans. So, trying this again.

I guess the same comment applies i.e., are FAA now defunct? Nearly all my 20mm Germans (WW2) are by them and they did do WW1 as well.
But you could try EWM:

Or Tumbling Dice:

Caesar's WWI German Army set fits the bill. No heavy weapons in the set though. It fits for 1916-18

Revell, if you can find them

Frontline Wargaming has an extensive range under its IT Figures brand.

And as I said before,, my guys are Revell, Hat (the flamethrower teams are particularly great), Emhar and Tumbling Dice. Vehicles are Emhar and Lancer resins, artillery Hat, Emhar and Irregular (mainly the heavy stuff).

I have some Blue Moon late war WWI miniatures. They're advertised as 15mm, but are closer to 18mm. Might be a tad too small if you're looking for true 20mm.
