This past weekend I found myself obliged to travel from Baltimore to Atlantic City. Inevitably, I was obliged to travel the relatively few miles necessary to transit Delaware, both ways. I wonder what the movers and the shakers of Delaware would think if I suggested that they should change their state flag, as follows: "A field of macadam gray, festooned with the image of a large toll plaza." grrrrr… |

I live in Delaware, sorry for your poor experience. You have to know the side roads, tolls are for the tourists. The fact that your probably only drove 8 miles and hit multiple toll booths is salt in the wound. |
