I know there are a number of Modern Rules Sets out there for this. I am curious what rules the you would use for the Arab-Israeli Wars in particular.

I plan to use Fistful of TOWs 3 when I get around to gaming the Six Day War of 1967 and the Yom Kippur War of 1973.

Fistful of TOWs is my go to for anything 1939 on

Modern Spearhead is solid and will always be my go-to for late 20th century large-scale battles. Have played CWC A-I war as well, but it's a bit "gamey" for my taste.

I use my AI wars variant of What a Tanker. link

We've successfully used Cold War Commander and Battlefront's Arab Israeli War.

OK I have to shamelessly plug a rule set that I've playtested and the company I write for.

Old Dominion Gameworks LLC (https://www.odgw.com)

The rule set is called Mein Panzer Core Rules. It's a 20th/21st century Tank skirmish ruleset but has chapters for Air, Infantry, Artillery and more to give it a full combined arms flavor.

The rules cover WWI era through modern. There are "databooks" available covering wars up through AIW 1956. More are in the works like the Six Day War.

The databooks have TOE, country histories, as well as vehicle data and can be used with any rule set.

Disclaimer – I am not paid by ODGW but vol a ton of time with them. As an author, I get royalties on what I write.

Thanks

I purchased the ODGW 48-56 Rules and will be using that, but for 67-73, for now thinking about using "Challenger" by B.R. Taylor. Any thoughts?

Prefer to play 1 fig = 1 tank. Not 5=1
