I've fought plenty of battles with armies dating back to Sumerian, but Megiddo is the oldest with actual historical details. |

Magnesia, I think. Like miniMo, I think Megiddo is the earliest battle you could meaningfully stage a refight of. I've got a small Canaanite force, so I guess I could give it a whirl with a friend who's got Egyptians (albeit the figures are more Ramesside than Thutmosid.) |
