She wants to get to the bottom of the mystery of the Howling Woman, a local myth. In the woods around the abbey, the apparition of an old woman dressed in black is said to be seen again and again. Anyone who encounters her alone only hears her ghastly screech and then disappears without a trace…"

Beautiful painting and the character would be delightful for any number of role-playing games but I've never heard of that one. |
