By Mark Moyar, A very detailed account of largely what went wrong in these years in Vietnam. Covers the political wrangling and ultimately Coup D'etat to get rid of Diem just shortly before President Kennedy was assassinated. Ends with the President Johnson election campaign. Had to get a hard back version, not that that's a problem. It's just over 400 pages and the type is small. I wear reading glasses so no issue there.
